    Saujana Puchong is an affordable landed property development, which is close to the heart of the popular and fast-growing area of Puchong. Although it was first developed by the now bankrupt Talam Corporation, it has been bought over by IJM Corporation's Expand Factor. The residential area is growing with various amenities and facilities added such as day care, bus stops, laundrette, petrol station, mini marts, restaurants and house of worships.Some lucky residents in this area will have houses either facing north or south. The fortunate residents of SP 6 and SP 10 have the luxury of facing the Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve, thus, having slightly quieter environment than those in other phases. The Selangor government proposed having a small cemetery near the reserve, but the idea was rejected by the residents. Therefore, the residents do not have to worry about encountering this problem again.
