    The location of Saraka is excellent as it is located just off the LDP. It has seen substantial appreciation since the late 1990s when it was built, and it has seen substantial appreciation since then as well as certain parts of Puchong. Traffic in the area is absolutely horrid though during peak hours, and the LDP is notorious as well for its peak-hour standstill traffic. The completion of the MRT come year 2018 is expected to ease traffic within the area as well as bring substantial appreciation to the properties with convenient access.
