BSP Skypark is the first high-rise development in the budding township of Bandar Saujana Putra, Puchong. Built on a 5.36 acre of leasehold land in Bandar Saujana Putra, the township is relatively new with many incoming projects.

Supporting the government’s initiative to increase home ownership among Malaysians, LBS offers various incentives to appeal to their primary target market; first time home buyers and young families alike. The township also has immediate access to the SKVE and NKVE highway, and is also surrounded by the LDP and KESAS highway. A drive to the KLIA will take approximately 20 minutes. As for Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, it will take around 15 minutes. Meanwhile, Putra Heights is a short 5 minute drive away.

    With detailed timing and planning, it is inevitable that BSP Skypark will achieve success. The Saujana Putra township is a relatively new area. Like fine cheese, it needs time to mature and ripen. The MAHSA University and Hospital, that will accommodate 20,000 students, is scheduled for completion soon. At the price of approximately RM368 per sq ft, many would be intrigued by the offer.  

    Property investors also predicted that this property will have the same success rate as downtown Puchong, whose success was doubted 15 years ago. Along with its neighbours, Dijaya Township and Bandar Rimbayu, Bandar Saujana Putra will provide a steady ripening process to its town. In line with the development, LBS has also multiple plans to be laid out in Bandar Saujana Putra.
