    Residents of the Sri Dahlia Apartment are situated in a very ideal location close to the heart of Puchong which is certainly good. However, they will find driving out of their homes fine and dandy as long as they do not try to come out during peak hours, as the Puchong peak hour congestion is notorious. The neighbourhood in the Sri Dahlia Apartment area is not exactly the most premium of places.Neighbouring the Sri Dahlia Apartment is the Beringin Apartment, and right beside them is the Puchong industrial area. Therefore, many of the tenants staying in these homes are mainly workers from the industrial area, a turn-off for local home buyers with families.There does not seem to be much point in investing in the Sri Dahlia Apartment as not many people are enthusiastic about staying in walk up apartments. Those who show interest are unlikely to want to pay the higher asking prices. Unless one works in that area, buying a home here will not hold much appeal either.
