In addition, Bandar Puteri Puchong is also garnished with a commercial component that comprises of the Bazaar 1, Dataran Puteri, Puteri Mart and Puteri Square. These commercial centers offer vast array of restaurants, specialty stores and groceries. Plus, Sri Alpinia is just mere 10 minutes drive to Tesco and Giant hypermarkets and IOI Mall. There is extensive network of roads and highways that connect Sri Alpinia to places. The apartment can be easily accessible via Jalan Puchong which connects to Damansara - Puchong Highway (LDP), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and Kesas Highway. The closest form of public transportation is a bus stop approximately 4 kilometres away at the SRJK LDP school.

Parking lots at Sri Alpinia is insufficient, as each unit is only allocated one parking lot. As each unit owns at least two cars, the roads outside the apartment are usually full and congested with the additional cars that do not have a parking spot within the apartment grounds.In terms of pricing, the market price of Sri Alpinia was stagnant from 2008 to 2011 with starting selling prices of RM110,000 whereby the lower floors are pricier than the higher floors. Prices have been rising in the recent years, but it seems to barely only keep up with the inflation rate.However, compared to nearby apartments, Sri Alpinia is among the cheapest ones in the vicinity. If you have extra budget, you should consider Sri Cassia which has larger built-up size of 845 sf and a swimming pool. Sri Cassia is priced from RM230,000. However, if your budget is tight, perhaps you should consider Sri Jati Apartment which has smaller built-up size of 650 sf and is priced at about RM75,000.
