    Analysis

    The developer IOI Properties is very well known and no doubt one of the best developers in town. The developer has developed almost most of the area in Puchong, including Bandar Puchong Jaya, Bandar Puteri Puchong and 16 Sierra. Besides, IOI Properties has also developed in Putrajaya, Klang, Penang and Kulai. The developer actually completed the 79 units of 2.5-storey of link house before the launching of the property, to enable buyers to see for themselves the actual house that they are getting. It is a privilege for buyers from a property company with strong financial status. It is the developer's intention to launch Vistaria Residences after the opening of the Chinese School nearby in order to increase the sales price. Generally, Vistaria Residences is a good buy for own stay or investment, as it offers freehold landed house at the integrated Puchong township. The only problem is the traffic congestion due to its location being near to the Chinese School. However, the developer acted fast by constructed an interchange dedicated to this phase, and also to ease the traffic coming down the steep incline from the school. Though some buyers might feel the price is on the high side, some may just love it as it is close enough to a Chinese School.
