Sri Cempaka is a low dense residence developed in the city centre of Puchong. Developed to provide low / medium cost residence for lower income citizens, this residence currently has a subsale prices starting from RM270,000 onwards. The price of the units should have been cheaper when they were sold many years ago. Even though the residence were completed years back, it is still maintained well.The rental value for a semi-furnished unit in Sri Cempaka can fetch up to RM800 or more per month, and and fully furnished unit can be rented at over RM1,000.
