The facilities such as the swimming pool, tennis court and playground are well managed by the management, making the maintenance fee paid each month worthwhile. The plants are also well trimmed and tended.Besides that, most units offer nice views of the surrounding greeneries and Bukit Serdang neighborhood. As there are not many high-rises in the area, the view is quite spectacular. However, the condominium looks a bit crammed due to the hundreds of units are sited in just two blocks.
