This low-density and super exclusive development is among IOI Properties's latest addition, which also include the much celebrated 16 Sierra.     Skyville is located in a very nice area with nice views and fresh air. Among the scenery from this uphill enclave are Puchong, Subang, Sunway and even Shah Alam. You can even feel the exclusivity on your way driving up to the hill. As it is located on the hilltop, security would never be an issue. However, landslide is a major issue for Skyville. There are two reported cases of landslides happened before in the area (in Taman Bayan and Vistaria Residences). As a precautionary measure, IOI has toughened the slope by covering it with concrete. There is still a vacant land next to it. There is rumor saying that it is already earmarked for a big mosque to serve the entire neighborhood. Skyville is a great place to stay for those who are into Puchong area. However, looking at the price, one can actually get a similar deal in Petaling Jaya, Desa Park City and Kuala Lumpur area with just additional 10 to 15%.
