Located in a prime land in Puchong, this residence was developed by the property developer, Lingkaran Naga and was completed in the year 2012.Being a high dense development, Koi Kinrara comes with a total of four massive towers and this residence was launched in several phases. The units offered in the first phases comes with built-up ranging between 908 sf and 1,405 sf, meanwhile the units in the following phase comes with 1,063 sf to 3,164 sf built-up.In addition, the smallest of unit in Koi Kinrara, Type C comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 908 sf built-up. As you can imagine, the kitchen and yard is small and opens out into the dining area. Type B has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1,056 sf built-up and comes with a longer yard, but the kitchen size is similar to Type C. The largest unit is Type A which has 1,405 sf built-up and has larger spaces and a powder room. There are no balconies, however there are numerous windows to make the units seem roomy and spacious. The second phase of Koi Kinrara offers units with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deluxe penthouse (3,164 sf) has a private roof top garden. There are 20 floors in the block, with 12 units per floor. The layouts are pretty much the same with phase 1, except there is only a minor difference in the location of the rooms. In addition, car parking space is a potential issue as only those staying in the higher levels have a covered car park, while those staying in the lower levels only have an open car park space.
