The developer has developed almost most of the areas in Puchong, including Bandar Puchong Jaya, Bandar Puteri Puchong and 16 Sierra. Besides these properties, IOI Properties has also developed in Putrajaya, Klang, Penang and Kulai. The best selling point of this development is of course its location, which is close to a forest reserve and breezing environment. Addition to that, its freehold land strata nowadays is getting very difficult to obtain in Klang Valley area. The 2.5-storey link house which is equip[ed with five bedrooms provides an ample space for big family. Generally speaking, Bayan Hill Homes is a good buy for own stay or investment, as it offers freehold landed house with nice breezing environment. The only problem staying at Bayan Hill Homes is the traffic congestion at Puchong and LDP highway, which is getting worse nowadays.
