Casa Indah 1 is a high density condominium located along Persiaran Surian, just behind Sri Selangor Golf Club. It part of the larger development of Tropicana Indah Resort Homes (Tropicana Indah). The condo is the predecessor of Casa Indah 2 There are several features highlighted by the developer, such as multi-level security system at the main entrance, car park and lift lobby, with CCTV cameras at several locations. Each unit is equipped with intercom system that connects to the guard house. It features high ceiling, wide entrance door, and space for walk-in wardrobe in master bedroom. Amenities surrounding the area are great. From leisure, educational, shopping to healthcare needs, all are within short driving distance. Just across the street is Dataran Sunway, a commercial hub which houses AmBank, EON bank, UOB Bank, restaurants, clinics and offices. Sri Selangor Golf Club is just behind the condominium, and Tropicana Golf and Country Resort is just few kilometres away.There are a number of shopping centres located in Mutiara Damansara, namely The Curve, Tesco, Cineleisure Damansara, Ikano, IKEA and Courts Mammoth. Also, there will be Kidzania to be built in the same enclave. All these centres are located next to each other. 1-Utama Shopping Centre is also few kilometres away. For education, there are Segi College, Sri KDU, Kolej Bandar Utama (KBU) and SMK Seksyen 4, Kota Damansara located within a stone's throw away. Casa Indah 1 is well connected to a number of prime highways. From Persiaran Surian, one can access to Damansara Puchong Highway (LDP), NKVE, and Penchala Link. LDP connects you to Bandar Sunway, Puchong and also directs to MRR2 from Kepong. NKVE directs you to the northern region. Penchala Link directs to Mont Kiara, Bangsar and Federal Highway. Few kilometres after accessing LDP, one can access SPRINT highway that directs to Damansara Heights, Bangsar and connects to Jalan Kuching.

    Casa Indah 1 is another residential development by the infamous Dijaya Corporation. The group was listed on 14th place of The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards 2007. The company has ventured in property development, property investment, property management, investment holding and manufacturing businesses. Among the company's other projects are Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Tropicana Indah Resort Homes (Tropicana Indah), Casa Indah 2, Casa Kiara I and Casa Suites. Commercial projects done are Tropicana City, comprising of Tropicana City Business Park and Tropicana City Mall. "Casa" is the name that almost synonymous to its infamous developer, Dijaya Corporation, which possesses poor reputation in property management. Most residential developed are high density and do not offer exclusive living feel. From previous residential, the company also made losses each year from maintenance that resulted in maintenance fee increment within 5 years, despite residents' protest. After Casa Indah 1 has been completed, most claimed the asking price for a unit escalated 30% off the launch price. But, this is claimed only for units that face the golf course. Demands for units that face the road were not very well, as potential buyers bias on the new Casa Indah 2, located next to it. In fact, the property only rose around 5% to 12%.Casa Indah 1 is located right along Persiaran Surian, a very congested road in the morning and evening, and even during weekends as you are squeezing into the road from Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) as massive crowds coming to the Mutiara Damansara shopping hub. Even if you opt to utilize Tropicana egresses, you will still be stuck in terrible traffic congestion. This problem is derived from over-development in Kota Damansara and bad township planning. The density of Casa Indah 1 is very high with a total of 498 units. The area is also a high density area as one can find rows of high rise condominiums and apartments along Persiaran Surian and within Tropicana vicinity, including Riana Green, Opal Damansara, Surian Condominiums, Sunway Sutera, Pelangi Damansara, Palm Spring, Casa Tropicana and Casa Indah 2. There are two views offered, either greenery of the golf course or hectic traffic along Persiaran Surian. Of course, golf course view is better than the later, and units that face the course are highly in demand. If you are thinking to rent a unit, please yourself with a great greenery golf view right from your balcony at around RM1,500 per month. Where else can you find golf view with such cheap rental rate? Investment wise, the price of Casa Indah 1 has escalated very well at about 6.8% per annum from 2006 to 2009. Its rental yield also rose around 4.5% per annum. With a proposed LRT located nearby and the booming of commercial enclave right opposite it, Casa Indah 1 has great potential to appreciate further.
