A total of 7 banks are conveniently situated within 2 kilometres of The Hub. The SS2 Mall which is known for being a food supermarket is just across the street. The Tropicana City Mall, an award winning mall, along with Jaya One, is within walking distance, being less than 2 kilometres away as well.     A developer's reputation weighs heavily and is one of the more pivotal considerations for a potential property buyer. SDB Properties, being a subsidiary of Selangor Dredging has blazed an excellent track record with numerous successful developments over the years. The company has consistently won development awards since 2004. Over the years, SDB Properties has grown to become a property oriented company, making its mark in hotel and property management, as well as leasing and property development. The location of the development is rather vibrant and populated, making this development ideal as it is a commercial development. Being located in a mature neighborhood, a high level of congestion is to be expected as recent years have seen numerous developments take place within the area of SS2. There are indeed proposals to change the road plans for quite some time as the congestion is unbearable in peak hours for some. Despite all the plans and proposals, amendment of the roads have yet to take place.Although there is no doubt that SDB is an established developer, there were numerous claims that poor workmanship on their part gave birth to many disgruntled buyers. The overall quality of the delivered properties was deemed to be less than satisfactory. Although whether the same case could be said for The Hub remains to be seen, buyers should never the less, be aware of these claims. However, looking at the fundamentals of the location itself; it is hard to go wrong with a buy at this highly sought-after location.
