The price tagged for The Grove seems to be appealing for investment. Comparing The Grove to the just-completed Pearl Villas in SS16 (also by Malton), The Grove is better, as it is sited within a gated and guarded community with fullcondominium-like facilities, while Pearl Villas is just rows of semi-detached homes with a playground and jogging path.
