    This low-cost apartment is strategically located within a well-established industrial area of Sungei Way. Being located at the centre of the matured neighborhood of Petaling Jaya, it is near to aplenty of amenities and facilities – from schools to hospital and shopping malls.However, the views from Park 51 MyHome are not soothing to the eyes, as the residents are facing the factories every single day.
