This development is sited on Plot A that measures 15 acres. This commercial tract of land was bought by the developer during the Asian financial crisis. It is part of Phase 6 and 7 of the entire development which is planned to be started right after the completion of Park 51 Residency. Park 51 Commerce Square is the biggest project within Park 51. It is built facing Jalan 222 and Jalan 229. It comprises a total of 1,248 serviced apartments within 18 to 19-storey high towers. It offers units with built-up sizes ranging from 900 sf to 1,200 sf. Location-wise, Park 51 Commerce Square is well surrounded by established neighborhoods of Kelana Jaya, Section 14 and Bandar Sunway. However, it is badly surrounded by low-cost residences including the developer's Impian Baiduri apartment. Park 51 Commerce Square is also just a stone's throw away to the Chinese, Indian, Christian and Muslim cemeteries on the North. And it is surrounded by factories on the East and South which makes it surrounded by foreign workers. Up to this date, the developer has not launched this project yet, as they are still concentrating on Park 51 Residency sales as there are still unsold units. It is believed that they will launch Park 51 Commerce Square in 2012.
