This development is located in a strategic place, whereby the tenants can get anything and everything just within the vicinity. Located quite close to shopping malls, highways, public transportations and education institutes, as well as easily linked to Kuala Lumpur and other Klang Valley area, the only concerns the buyers can have is the massive traffic congestion. Even though there are several public transportation available near Pacific 63, yet it can't seemed to curb the traffic jam. Rental value is also quite good due to it's close location to education institutes, companies and shopping complexes.
