Developed by Pharma Excel, the Cova Square in Kota Damansara is in a supposedly strategically located area. It should have high capital appreciation as it is close to both schools and a residential area. However, people have complained that the place seem to be lifeless. It is surprising as the place is fronting a university college and schools. Patrons of the development seem to be limited to residents of condominiums nearby.The catchment area is not limited to Kota Damansara, but also Bandar Utama, Tropicana, Sunway Damansara, and more. It is also easily accessible via many highways. Buses also service this area which makes it easier for workers to get in to work. There will be an MRT station built in front of Tropicana Medical Centre come year 2017.
