Analysis
The Five Stones concept is to create a large living space that is suitable for all ages. This is reflected in the name chosen for this residential development, as kids back in the day used to play games such as Five Stones (also known as Batu Seremban). The key feature of the design for this building is that there are only 4 units per floor and each unit is independent of the others as they do not share any party walls so residents will feel almost like that they are living in a house.For families who are keen to live in something family oriented yet chic, Five Stones may be a good option for them. There is ample area for children to run around in, and it is also good for adults who want to wind down in the central garden after a hard day at work. For those who are freaked out about natural disasters, you may be pleased to know that 5 Stones is earthquake proof. It seems that SDB have certainly thought of everything that a family needs, including safety from earthquakes that may potentially one day hit SS2.Some people may complain that the price is very high for SS2. However, considering that the 5 stones development is in a good location and on freehold land, the price can be justified. The development is not for all, as it is more family-oriented than for singles wanting a bachelor or bachelorette pad. The question is - whether you prefer to buy a landed property or a piece of Five Stones.
