    Towers A, C and D of PJ Trade Centre have been sold en bloc. Tower A was purchased by MKN Holdings, which is named Menara Mustapha Kamal. The building will be used as the new Emkay Group's headquarters, and remaining units will be rented out. While Tower C and D were purchased by the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) and Perak-based manufacturer and developer, Taiko Group respectively.Tujuan Gemilang is a new name in the property development industry. It is led by its executive chairman Ahmad Khalif Mustapha Kamal, son of Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal, the front man of MK Land and EMKAY Group; and also its executive director, Peter Chan.
