The location of Empire City is excellent as it is situated in the centre of affluent townships like Desa Parkcity, Mutiara Damansara, Kota Damansara, TTDI and Bandar Utama. It is surrounded by plenty of major expressways as it is conveniently located alongside Damansara - Puchong Highway (LDP) and Sprint Highway. The premium tenants and F&B outlets in Empire City. The 5-star hotel chains, Marriott and Ritz Carlton have signed the contract with Mammoth Empire to open their hotels in Empire City. The biggest drawback of the development is that none of the developments (which has launched) come with a car park. Every resident and owner has to lease car park from the developer, at RM180 per month.
