Sutera Ria is situated at the end of Damansara Damai, right before the Taman Botani Sungai Buloh reserve forest. Even though the developer claims that there will be a link road to Kota Damansara from Sutera Damansara, it is hard to be true as the residents of Kota Damansara will most probably object the idea. As a result, it might be another controversy like the Ara Damansara-Tropicana link road which has been unresolved for years. Besides that, Sutera Ria is surrounded by mostly low to medium end residential.
