Most people seem to think that Saujana Damansara is worth the investment mostly because of its convenience. One can easily travel to the Kuala Lumpur city centre via most major highways. Furthermore, being near to so many amenities is a major plus point for most potential buyers. Some commented that it is worth the investment as it is priced reasonably for the location it is in. However, some potential buyers were put off by the fact that Saujana Damansara is a leasehold development. There were also concern on the developer, Talam, saying that although prices are considerably lower for their housing developments, quality are compromised in most cases. Besides that, there are also doubts on the security in the Damansara Damai area as the area is surrounded by many low costs flats despite Saujana Damansara being a gated and guarded area.
