Construction works for the MRT is also visibly under way and would allow the residents of Damansara to benefit from this new infrastructure in the near future. The past decade has seen the surrounding townships of Damansara Uptown and TTDI flourish; therefore capital appreciation over the long haul is definitely foreseeable by the investors. However, since having received its certificate of completion in January 2013, the asking price for The Effingham have moved significantly from the launch price, but it is unclear whether transacted prices really reflect the asking price at RM5.5 million for 6,000 sf, merely 8 months after completion.
