Besides that, the price of the condominium also seems reasonable and affordable at this area. Glomac's BU Centro which is a mix development of service apartments and shops are being built just a stone's throw away. One drawback of Puncak Damansara is it being near Kampung Sungai Ara and the road access can be better. However, it is obvious that the whole area is undergoing many upgrading / construction changes.Just as anywhere in KL or PJ during Peak hours, some Traffic jam along Sprint Highway to enter Bandar Damansara and to Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong Highway (LDP) are also to be expected.
