Merdu Kayangan is well located as its near to numerous highways, that wouldn’t trouble residents going many places. The area which is not dense, makes it a quiet area, and much suitable for family living. The amenities surrounding the area, like the 1 Utama complex, and The Curve, makes it a perfect place for weekenders to stay, as going out to these malls on a weekend would be hassle free.However, the access roads towards the townhouse are not very pleasant as the surrounding area is a Malay village with aplenty of Indonesians' families staying here. The roads are narrow and quite bumpy. The area does not feel exclusive at all.
