At first glance, East Utama brings the promise of quite a number of high-end residential developments that have been popping up around the urban areas of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. However, further investigation has dampened that perception by some margin. Although the developer only had a hand in not more than two past projects and will develop two upcoming projects, it does look like their projects are those of high prestige. Anjung Melati looks to be nice bungalow developments while the upcoming Townvilla and Bungalow look to be really great.Maybe it is the small land area that all the units will occupy, with extra space dedicated to little greenery area. Even the sky garden looks to be peculiar instead of spectacular. Also, the sky garden at East Utama appears to be blocking the sunlight to the ground floor of the units, does that mean the ground floor living room will be relying on artificial lighting only? Maybe that is the factor behind their two living rooms idea.But the goodies that East Utama can offer are the spacious parking bays, cool rooftop area and the reach that is excellent, due to their location that is nearby to many amenities.
