Besides that, Jalan SS2 is just an 8 minutes drive away via Sprint Highway where many popular restaurants and cafes are situated such as KTZ Dessert shop, Plus One Shabu-Shabu, Starbucks Coffee and more. There are several clinics and mini markets where residents can get their basic necessities at ease. In case of any sort of medical emergencies, the Damansara Specialist Hospital is sited just a 6 minutes short drive away from Boulevard Residence using the Sprint Highway. SMK Damansara Jaya is the nearest school situated which is about a 3 minutes short drive away. Apart from that, other schools like SMK Sri Angsana 2, SK Bandar Utama Damansara and SK Bandar Utama Damansara 2 are all sited within a 1km radius. Sprint Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Jalan Kenanga and Jalan Cempaka are the main access to Boulevard Residence. Besides that, it is also within mere minutes to Damansara-Puchong Highway. Jalan SS23/23 and Jalan SS21/1 are other alternative routes to get there.

    Although Boulevard Residence is a luxury condominium, many have commented that the location of the condominium is less than ideal. Some even described it as being a 'Kampung' area, as the surrounding is not yet developed in big scale. In fact, Ong Chong Realty among the pioneering developers in the area with their D'Residency development nearby. Perhaps other developers will see the area's potential and explore the vicinity as well. Boulevard Residence is located in Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, behind 10 Boulevard. It is separated by the hustle and bustle of Bandar Utama and Mutiara Damansara by the Sprint Highway. Some have voiced their opinion regarding the price of this project being a bit too high for subsale market at RM950 psf. However, the price is competitive with Tropicana City Tropics units that are being sold for over RM950 psf, located less than 1 km away. However, please take note that the former has the convenience of a shopping mall at its bottom floor. During launch, the price of Boulevard Residence was going for about RM500 psf. For the same price, people were opting for more established condominiums in Mont Kiara that has more amenities for expatriates such as international schools. Some residents who are currently staying in projects developed by Ong Chong Realty have expressively commented on the quality of their workmanship. Furthermore, do take note that the prospective buyers are looking at a leasehold property, unlike Tropicana City Tropics that are on freehold land.It is a very sound suggestion to look into the developer's past projects to speculate the quality of their projects. On Low Yat forums for example, prospective buyers have discussed extensively on Ong Chong Realty workmanship and finishings of their previous projects. Furthermore, do take note that the prospective buyers are looking at a leasehold property, unlike Tropicana City Tropics that are on freehold land.
