This leasehold condominium comprises of 242 units with sizes ranging from 1,306 sf to 2,836 sf sprawling over two 25-storey towers on a 7 acres land. There are 105 and 137 units housed within Tower 1 and 2 respectively. There are 10 types of layouts to choose from. It is scheduled to be completed in June 2013. Each unit comes with 2 car park bays. Sunway South Quay boasts '˜Blue, The New Green’ development strategy whereby the developments are built surrounding the 28-acre lake. There is a 1.5 km promenade surrounding the lake with jogging track and landscape furniture for residents to stroll and jog. Analysis

A'Marine has recorded good sales even before launch. This luxury condo was at 70% sold out before the official launch. It was pre-launched at price starting from RM550 psf and 10% increment starting on the day of official launch. If you intend to purchase a unit, perhaps you should consider Tower B which is preferred due to its lower density feature with only 5 units per floor and a total of 105 units, and commands lake and swimming pool views. Meanwhile, Tower A of A'Marine comprises 137 units (with 6 units per floor) and does not have lake view. However, the smallest size-units (1,306 sf onwards) are housed in Tower A. Units in Tower B start from 1,500 sf onwards. Even though A'Marine was launched after Nautica, but the former was priced at lower launch price as Nautica was launched at RM600 psf. Nautica was sold en-bloc to a group of Korean investors. The price (per sf) of A'Marine is cheaper because the unit does not come with kitchen cabinet, hood and hob – which Nautica is partly furnished with these furnishings.
