There are a dozen similar developments out there, with each developer throwing freebies, discounts and coercing you into signing the deal. If we take the closest competitor which is also located in Ara Damansara for comparison, Ara Greens sells more towards its family oriented and senior citizens concept. Whereas as well all know, Potpourri is more contemporary, alfresco and fashionable. For a really quiet place I might go for Ara Greens, but for a livelier crowd in terms of younger generation, Potpourri might be the better choice.
