Other features include a 24-management and maintenance team (great for those staying in the serviced apartments), has 5,000 car parks, and is wheelchair friendly.Oasis Ara Damansara is located in front of Jalan Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah. It is accessible via many major highways and expressways, including the NKVE, LDP, KESAS, NPE, Federal, and North-South (ELITE). There is also a proposed Putra LRT station nearby. As for the residents in the serviced apartments, they will have access to private schools, good medical centres, and all the eateries and shops right next door to them.

    Analysis

    Oasis Ara Damansara is a very large development with the aim of creating Ara Damansara into a "Linear City". It certainly is a very interesting concept, and is a great deal especially for those who were the earliest purchasers of the commercial units. These lucky folks have already gained a 10% appreciation on their buys here, with more to come once everything has been completed. If you missed out, be sure to grab one when you can – as long as it is the right price!As for the residential serviced suites, there are pros and cons to this area. The pros of buying into Oasis Serviced Suites are that it is next to the retail and shopping centre. If you also happen to have an office here, you basically call live in this mini-town or linear city without having to use your vehicle – thus being able to sleep in late, save on fuel, and avoid traffic jams. Not only that, but the residential serviced suites are also overlooking the Saujana Golf and Country Club, which makes for a fantastic view. If you have children, there are several good schools nearby. Alternatively, this could be good for rental as the Japanese School is quite nearby and thus the highly paid Japanese expatriates could be your key market. This could bode well for you, if your rental strategy is executed properly.On the downside, it is quite close to Subang Airport which has flights at all times of the day. It may be possible that there may be some noise from the aircraft.
