    Maisson was previously a project by the name of Platinum Damansara, and prior to that, it went by the name of D'Ara Park which failed to take off. But the current developer which are Newfields, have stronger credentials having completed notable projects such as The Sanderson and Puchong Gateway. The location itself is a gem, as many drive through the location wondering what happened to the abandoned project.There is plenty of skepticism surrounding the development due to its history, not to mention a prolonged period of abandonment also affects feng shui. But, managing to revive an old project is no mean feat in itself, and the developer should have no problems pulling through with the project this time round, as their flagship projects number in the billion in terms of gross developmental value.
