The exclusive price tag is certainly fitting, especially with the house sizes and plot sizes as it is spacious enough to create your own castle, manor, or palace. In addition, the timber flooring and marble finishes add a majestic touch.Imperial Promenade is close to many township facilities including schools and Subang Airport. It is also close by to several golf courses. Despite this, property sales here were slow. Although some say that this is because of economic factors, it may also be due to the fact that there are plenty of other attractive properties at this price range that have more attractive features and is in a better area. In addition, parts of Ara Damansara was formerly mining land which may put potential buyers off.
