    The units at Dana 1 Commercial Centre are almost fully occupied with numerous corporate offices, service centres, restaurants, kopitiams and even a police station. Right besides it is the Symphony Group's headquarters. Perhaps, it still lacks of mamak restaurants and other cheap eateries to serve the staffs who worked in the area. Unlike other shop-office development, this commercial hub is equipped with basement car park. However, it has become a hassle for visitors and clients to come over as everybody is forced to park their cars at the basement and the ground level car parks are reserved for reservations. However, you will only be forced during mid day, and you would not face the hassle after office hours. Due to this factor, several restaurants and cafes cannot survive as their target market is only the workers who are working in the area as well as neighbouring condominiums’ residents. However, the crowd for lunch and dinner is great. Even after 3 years it was completed, this area still looks gloomy until the opening of Symphony's HQ in 2010. While Dana 1 Commercial Centre has just started to enjoy loads of crowds, it is exposed to the new threats of Citta and the newly launch Pacific Place which is located right besides it.

    Dana 1商业中心的单位几乎全数被占用,里头可找到许多商业办公室、服务中心、餐厅、咖啡厅和一个警察局,毗邻Symphony 集团的总部。这里缺乏嘛嘛档和其他便宜的餐馆,服务此区的员工。与一般的商店铺发展项目不同,此商业中心备有地下停车场,惟令人烦恼的事,访客和客户被逼要驶入地下停车场,因为较方便的底层停车位,只保留给预订者,然而过了办公时间,就不需面对此烦恼,底层停车场开放给公众。正因为此原因,许多餐厅和咖啡厅难以生存,因为他们的目标市场只是在此区工作的员工和附近公寓的住户。惟午餐和晚餐的人潮相当多。尽管竣工仅3年,但此区却看起来“死气沉沉”,直至2010年Symphony总部开幕,才稍微有改善。随着旁边的Citta Mall和Pacific Place开张营业,为Dana 1商业中心注入新活力 ,成功激活此项目,引进人潮。
