    According to the developer of Citta, there is a total population of 369,286 within 10 minutes driving from the mall with total monthly household income of RM454,600,250 and average monthly household income of RM6,699. And with the fast growing number of population in the area (due to completion of new developments in Ara Damansara and Saujana), there is potential for these numbers to increase. The nearest shopping mall (within the same concept) is NZX Commercial Centre, which also boasts an open air mall concept located within the same Ara vicinity. NZX is quite a failure even though it is surrounded by high-rise and high-density condominiums and right next to Ara Damansara township. However, NZX Commercial Centre is not very well-positioned as it is hard to find, and not adjacent to prime road - unlike Citta which is positioned along Jalan Lapangan Terbang and can be easily accessible. Besides NZX, Citta shall compete with the upcoming Eve Suite and Oasis Ara Damansara.
