1Gateway was previously Intania, a halfway abandoned project. It consisted of two main towers with an area of retail building in between. Initially, the two towers were sold as 500 units of condominiums. However, recently, the developer has decided against building a residential area there, hence, agreed to compensate the previous buyer's purchase according to the sales and purchase agreement.
