    Taman Villa Putra, Dataran Villa Putra, Taman Matang Jaya and Aman Residency are the past projects of Tinta Anggun Engineering. Not much can be said about them, but they are certainly not in the bracket of an established property developer. This is rather unfortunate as the ambiguity that the buyers have to trust upon when buying the units is not a good thing.A low-cost flat development is quite nearby to Taman Villa Perdana. This might turn off some people, as they might want to live in an area that is adorned with beautiful properties. But, the township itself consists of many types of properties. There are new developments from other reputable developers, so the place is not necessarily a terrible one to live in. The Kajang - Semenyih bypass is also busy, making for a lively town. The greenery of the area is aplenty too.The biggest selling point of this property has got to be the humongous built-up areas that it can offer, along with its huge dimension. It is hard to get the hands on units that are so spacious. Although Kuala Lumpur is not exactly five minutes away, it is still reachable and the amenities around Taman Villa Perdana sort of makes up for it. So far people are going to have to wait for the MRT stations, but once they are complete, Taman Villa Perdana would be a much more interesting proposition.
