Although located amongst many other residential developments, Taman Taming Emas is still a conducive environment for one to call home. Furthermore, the area is surrounded by ample amenities, with the development of highways and major routes to and from the many parts of the Kajang town, travelling is extremely convenient with many major highways leading to other major towns like Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. However, there are also constant issues with flash floods that has affected a few townships in Kajang and with the river bank located just next to the township, some residents are concern about this issue. Although this issue has been raised, there were no major damages done by the flood to residents staying at Taman Taming Emas.
