Taman Seri Damai is undoubtedly located in a prime area of Kajang where residential developments are heavy. Problems however arise during peak hours in form of traffic congestion where traffic on Jalan Semenyih becomes extremely bad. Reasons for this congestion is due to to the fact that this main trunk road serves most of the housing areas within the development. Taman Seri Damai is however a highly exclusive neighbourhood dedicated to the upper income group of residents who live in Kajang. As such, the safety and well being of the residents are well taken care of by the security guards, hence, crime rates are non-existent within the development itself.Taman Seri Damai appears to be a good investment for its location and the excellent design of its homes. This became more apparent when development from the city of Kuala Lumpur spilled over to the outskirts, but incline of prices may nevertheless slow down in the near future when the property market takes a break; which would be an ideal time for genuine home buyers to grab a unit here.
