Inasmuch as Taman Jenaris is located in the outskirts of the town, residents still face serious traffic congestion during peak hours and occasionally even during off peak periods. The cause of the traffic congestion usually lies at the turn off from Persiaran Saujana Impian to Jalan Sungai Kantan which is usually congested during peak hours, and congestion is also the norm on Persiaran Saujana Impian whenever there is a turn off. Taman Jenaris is a pleasant neighbourhood to live in, and all the housing developments here are of the middle cost type. The majority of the residents here are of the Malay nationality, and are as such very friendly. As it is located in the middle of a highly established town, living in this residential area is also highly convenient. Taman Jenaris is as a matter of fact well located in an area which is rising steadily in price of properties, as the development of homes spillover from the city centre to the outskirts. As such, it could be considered a good investment, especially as the residential area is freehold. It would make an especially excellent first home as well, as the neighbourhood is peaceful and conducive to bringing up a family.
