Taman Jasmin is a well located neighbourhood within a residential enclave, promising a peaceful and quiet community. There are however drawbacks, as due to the high density of residents living in the various neighbourhoods, the roads are usually congested during peak hours on the main trunk road Jalan Semenyih.Once home however, the neighbourhood of Taman Jasmin promises a peaceful retreat as there are no main roads, shops or factories within the housing area. There have also been no known reports of crime in the area, therefore the neighbourhood can be considered to be quite safe.Taman Jasmin used to show promise of being a good investment when property development from the city spilled over into the outskirts, especially since it lies on freehold land. However since the property development slow down from 2013, prices have dropped slightly. It is however still an excellent place to purchase your first home, especially if working in the area.
