    Pearl Avenue is a development of TLS group, a construction firm which started in the year 1977 and ventured into property development in the year 1995. Up to now, this firm had developed a sum of 4,528 projects and among them are Sri Ixora Apartment, Sri Lavender Apartment, Sri Dahlia Apartment, Sri Cempaka Apartment and Sri Camellia Apartment. Pearl Avenue was developed in the year 2010 and for that time, it was slightly overpriced as other properties located in the surrounding are priced even cheaper.Located at Kajang, Pearl Avenue would be a good investment for future since a high number of sophisticated luxury properties are developed there. Besides, it's close location to Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Bangi, Serdang and Kuala Lumpur have also increasing it's reputation since Kajang has became an alternative for the people who can't afford a property in the big cities, yet have to travel there for work. Even though this property was over priced when it was launched, yet for now, it is still affordable compared to other high rise properties in the vicinity.
