Bukit Angkat (also known as Bukit Angkat Industrial Park) is an industrial park located in Kajang, Selangor. It is an industrial development by GB Land, being built in four phases. At time of writing, only Phase 1 and 2 have been completed. Phase 3 and 4 are still in the launching stage.Phase 1 and 2 of Bukit Angkat comprised of 36 units of semi-detached factories and offices built on 15 acres of freehold land, which lies off the west site of Kajang Silk Highway. It is at the fringe of Kajang town and is approximately 20 km from the city of Kuala Lumpur. Bukit Angkat was initially launched in two phases, where Phase 1 consists of 22 units, while Phase 2 consists of 14 units. Phase 1 is about 65% sold shortly after launched. Gamuda has a high end housing project nearby, which was completed soon after.After a good take up and success, the developer of Bukit Angkat continued the development project by building two more phases. Phase 3 followed a similar layout and design as the previous two phases. However, Phase 4 differs by having a lift, an extra floor, different AMP and different height in perimeter brick wall and different material for roads.
