Taming Mutiara is situated within a developing and growing residential area and many are still considering whether to acquire units there or not as there is a concern on its ingress and egress as the development project is situated next to Garden Park condominium. Residents have to pass by the condominium in order to get to the Bandar Sungai Long main road and some are not very pleased with that. However, Taming Mutiara has also received a lot of praises for being reasonably priced as compared to many other areas with similar property type. Many have commented that the houses are well designed with large spaces inside and outside of the units and many have said that it is a better investment and definitely a catch if compared to the semi-detached houses in Twin Palms.
