Among the issues that were highlighted by the buyers is the fact that the developer was not honest about the progress of the construction of the area. Many have claimed that the area is only guarded and not gated and even the security booth was only built after 4 years from the selling date. Some residents have also complained that they have bought the house in year 2005 but only managed to get the keys from the developer in year 2007 in which they themselves also do not understand why it took so long.Despite the many bad reviews, there are also some positive comments by some. To be able to purchase a unit that has a built-up of about 22' x 75' sf in Cheras, it normally would cost about RM300,000.
