    Analysis

    The area of Putra Villa is not very exclusive as there are many low-cost flats surrounding the condominium. Besides flats, there are also old 2-storey terrace houses located nearby. Adding to that, there are plenty of food stalls scattered in the area which one might find that the area is quite dirty. However, some of the stalls offer delicious local dishes and they are cheap. If you do not mind its surrounding, Putra Villa is actually very liveable. It is well furnished with complete facilities and surrounded by hills. And you can feel the fresh breeze into the house at almost every time. At night, it boasts the view of KL city centre skyline with the iconic KLCC Twin Towers.
