Compared to the tens of new residential developments within Cyberjaya, Perdana Lakeview West is the most exclusive amongst all (together with Perdana Lakeview East). As the other developer can replicate and improve every feature and detail from another available development, none of them can compete with Perdana Lakeview series in terms of location - as these 2 precincts are the only residential enclaves that fronting the lake. However, it is lacking of facilities to serve the residents. Perhaps, that is the idea to build a mansion, to have everything such as private swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gymnasium under one roof.
