    According to Subang Alam, they intend to develop the 3.64 acres land situated next to MyDiva Homes. The new residential area will be named Opus. The development will be of 62 units of 2-storey semi-detached homes, built-up size from 3,000 sq ft onward. With the high price tag, this residential enclave is lacking of its own clubhouse. Some similar townships within Cyberjaya are well equipped with clubhouse that hosts recreational facilities including swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court et cetera. Among the townships that offer these kind of facilities are Symphony Hills and Garden Residence. In addition, My Diva Homes does not face Putrajaya Lake directly. Technically, most of the units view are blocked by other bungalows unit in Perdana Lakeview East. If you are looking for house with the lake view, you should consider Perdana Lakeview East or Perdana Lakeview West instead - which only offer bungalow lots. A spokesperson for the property stated that similar to the standard developer practice, they will request for a waiver on bumi quota (generally, most of the bumi quota is 30%). There is no allocated bumi units as assumed by some prospective inventors. They have a good mix of buyers for their project. For security, it is a guarded but not gated project. Residents are guarded by 2-tier security, 1 at Perdana Lakeview East entrance and 1 at MyDiva Homes entrance. All units also come equipped with home alarm system with CCTVs.
