    The price of D'Melor is quite stagnant for the past few years. Asking price in 2004 and 2005 was around RM287 psf, and nowadays it has only appreciated to RM286 psf. It is mostly due to new developments in the area launched within the same price tag – which is still about below RM300 psf – e.g. Serin Residency which is priced from RM280 psf. However, its rental yield is indeed very sweet as one can achieve up to 9% yield.
