    Setia Haruman is the master developer of Cyberjaya and property manager for Century Square. It was incorporated in March 1997 as the main service and solution provider for Cyberjaya. Century Square is the very first enterprise offices and retail spaces available in Cyberjaya since its inception over 10 years ago under Malaysia Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) project. Since its launch, it has been occupied by various big names in the local and international ICT companies, as well as incubation centers for local start-ups.Cyberjaya is a beautifully landscaped high-tech city that is very different from downtown enterprise office buildings. Century Square is a low-rise low density office building and it is surrounded by lush greenery, instead of being surrounded of concrete jungle. It is a welcoming change. Schools are abundance in Cyberjaya that include ELC International School, SK Cyberjaya and SMK Cyberjaya. Tertiary institutions include Multimedia University (MMU) and Cyberjaya University College of Medical Science (CUCMS). Cyber Lodge View is the only hotel in Cyberjaya vicinity. Even eateries are limited in Cyberjaya, forcing workers to drive out for heartier lunch.However, due to the distance from major residential areas in the Klang Valley, driving remains the preferred choice for the workers in Cyberjaya, hence, parking remains the biggest problem in the city. Roadside parking meters have been installed by the local municipal to eliminate illegal parking problems, but exercise cautions when parking by the road side to avoid a parking ticket.
